As of April 21, a new system was implemented in the public market for purchases of up to 30UTM, app 1.5 million, which is called AGIL PURCHASE. It is a purchasing modality through which Entities will be able to acquire goods and/or services for an amount equal to or less than 30 UTM, taxes included and associated costs (e.g. dispatch), in a dynamic and expeditious manner, through the Information System, through the direct treatment procedure, requiring a minimum of three prior quotes and without the need resolution that authorizes it.
